Turnstone Receives Grant from AWS Foundation

FORT WAYNE, IN (March 31, 2021) – Turnstone Center has received a $200,000 grant from AWS Foundation to support programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Turnstone’s mission has benefited people with physical, visual, developmental and neurological disabilities since 1943.

Turnstone’s programs and services are one of the most comprehensive offerings of resources for people with disabilities under one roof in the country. Serving approximately 3,000 individuals annually, programs include: adult days services, memory care program, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, recreation therapy, social services, counseling, early learning center, adaptive fitness, adaptive sports and recreation.
