Turnstone Power Soccer Nationals Results
United States Power Soccer Association (USPSA) hosted the MK Battery Conference Cup Series 2022 at Turnstone this past weekend (June 23-26). The Turnstone Flyers played in the Premier Cup against the top 10 teams in the nation and the Turnstone Furious Flyers competed in the Founders Cup.
Turnstone Flyers’ power soccer team battled with the best but couldn't get past the undefeated (19-0 record) Shockwave from Big Lake, MN. The lone goal came from none other than the Golden Guard winner (top goal scorer) in the Premier Cup, Riley Johnson.
Because Turnstone was ranked seventh in the standings upon entering this tournament, it was truly a David vs Goliath situation.
David Dowling earned the All-Tournament Team Award, adding to his list of recent achievements, which includes a spot on Team USA.

The Turnstone Flyers ended up ranking second out of 50 Teams Nationally with an overall record of 12-7-2.

With a shortened season of 13 games and an influx of different players the team pulled it together to make everything happen. Turnstone Furious Flyers finished 36 out of 50. Kadence Waldron earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
