Turnstone Hires Chief Program Officer, Luke Morgan

FORT WAYNE, IN (January 19, 2021) – Turnstone has named Luke Morgan, a healthcare, management, and business development professional, as Chief Program Officer for the organization.

“Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic has spotlighted critical areas of need that Turnstone is committed to serving to ensure that people with physical, visual, neurological, and developmental disabilities have access to treatment and support when and where they need it most,” said Mike Mushett, Turnstone CEO. “Luke’s leadership and skillsets in telemedicine operations, provider relations, and performance improvement processes are primed to complement the Turnstone experience by enhancing our services, resources and opportunities available to people with disabilities,” said Turnstone CEO, Mike Mushett.

Most recently, Morgan spent seven years serving in various management roles with Meridian Health Services, which included oversight of the Children and Family Services and Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD), and Adult programs in Northeastern Indiana. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Grace College and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Morgan is also a certified health care manager through the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs
