Specific Access Accommodations

This website meets federal accessibility guidelines set forth by Section 508, the 1998 Congressional amendment to the Rehabilitation Act requiring Federal agencies to eliminate barriers in information technology, to make available new opportunities for people with disabilities, and to encourage development of technologies that will help achieve these goals.

The Turnstone website meets the 508 Accessibility Standards 1194.2 and 1194.31, which apply to website information, applications and functionality. Many accessibility features can be measured, but many cannot; many guidelines cannot be tested automatically. We have reviewed all the guidelines and have to the best of our ability confirmed that all pages are in compliance at the time of the launch of this website.
