Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

This position is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with a flexible schedule. We understand our employees have busy lives outside of work and strive to help them achieve a good work/life balance.

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, your duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Providing quality habilitation and rehabilitation services to your clients
  • Coordinating individualized treatment plans and re-evaluating often for needed modifications
  • Providing ongoing instruction, education and training to caregivers
  • Assisting with the evaluation, development and/or purchasing of adaptive equipment
  • Consulting and communicating with identified service providers
  • Providing detailed documentation in the electronic health records system
  • Working effectively with others as part of our therapy team
  • Providing supervision and training for assistants, aids, and students as needed

A candidate for this position must be able to:

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Speech / Language Pathology from a school of Speech and Language Pathology
  • Current and valid license as a Speech/Language Pathologist in the State of Indiana and the attainment of Certification of Clinical Competency within the period ascribed by ASHA following graduation and application of the CFY
  • Current and maintained certification in CPR and First Aid
