11th at Nationals (Varsity Division) Wheelchair Basketball
The Varsity Division (high school age) wheelchair basketball team, RHI Racers finish 11th at Nationals which was held April 5-7 in Richmond, VA.
The team finished the season 33-15 overall record, 2nd in the Conference. The Racers earned the tournament as a #13 seed which included the top 16 teams out of 53 teams in the nation.

WON 43-31 vs #14 BORP (Golden State) Jr. Road Warriors (Berkeley, CA)
Extra Nugget: The Racers laid it all on the court as they put on full court pressure through most of the match. This led to numerous turnovers and contested shots by the Road Warriors. This energy brought transition points to the offence that included great ball movement.

Extra Nugget: The teams are 2-2 vs each other this season with each game being decided by double digits: 23, 15, 18 & 23 respectively.

Extra Nugget: The Racers were down by 9 points at half-time 30-21. They started the game very strong vs a top national contender.
Cole Connelley who has competed in Turnstone's athletic program since the fall of 2011 is a Junior at Wayne New Tech High School. Connelley along with teammate Kaiden Schaf both earned 1st Team All-Conference this season. Connelley also earned Academic All-American Honorable Mention while Schaf won the 3 point contest with 30 made. Ashlyn Olnick was the lone senior on the team who started every game.
Prep Division Team
The RHI Jr. Racers which includes athletes 13 years and younger also finished the season 11th in the Nation with a 21-19 overall record.

3rd Place finish at Nationals (Tier 4) for Turnstone's sled hockey team. Turnstone went 18-13-1 this season while finishing runner-up at both State & League Championships. The 2024 Toyota USA Hockey Sled National Championship incorporated every level of sled hockey. Over 1,080 players across 60 teams from around the country competed for national championship honors in nine different tiers, including six adult and three youth classifications.
