Virtual Turnstone Resources
In response to the shifting routines of citizens in our community and world-wide prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Turnstone Center will continue offering many of its support services to the community and our clients remotely.
Remote support and services will be made possible by Virtual Turnstone operations that encompass a variety of digital approaches that align with our continued commitment to serve and empower people with disabilities.
Following the temporary suspension of Turnstone’s traditional face-to-face programming on services that was effective March 17 (click here for more Turnstone COVID-19 related announcements), every program area is actively conducting outreach, wellness, and basic need checks directly with Turnstone clients and their caregivers. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing directives, this communication will happen with all clients at least once a week. Fitness Center members will also continue to receive digital resources and other communication from staff online and over the phone. More frequent communication is taking place with clients as determined by their individual needs.
Other remote and virtual resources currently available are listed below by program area.
