Eliana also has an interest in stress management, confidence building, and sports performance counseling as she herself is a Paralympic Athlete on the United States Women's National Goalball Team. She likes to combine CBT and ACT techniques with a narrative therapy approach to help her clients explore, reflect and improve their presenting problems. She loves connecting with her clients to help them achieve their best possible selves.

Eliana's favorite aspect of working at Turnstone is the inclusive and collaborative service community here. She loves that her counseling clients overlap in other service areas such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech therapy. "It's so important to be collaborative with the entire care team of the client. Turnstone is very unique in that we offer all of these services under one roof and can provide high-quality care in so many important domains," said Eliana.

Outside of Turnstone, Eliana loves reading all types of books, Taylor Swift, and eating Greek Food. Her best fun fact is that she can solve a Rubix cube in under 3 minutes!

Casey Sitko

Casey Sitko has been at Turnstone since June 2020. She has her Masters of Social Work (MSW) and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW). Casey really loves getting to know people and walking alongside them as she works to encourage them and provide hope. "Every day is different and every story is as unique as the person sitting across from me," said Casey.

In her spare time, you'll find her on the pickleball courts! Her favorite memory so far is being able to go on an active volcano night hike while on vacation.

"[Counseling] has been really helpful to get through all this...because you can work on your body all you want, but my mind has to be there, too."
