Basketball & Hockey Season Concludes

Wheelchair Basketball - Varsity Jr. Division

Turnstone hosted two double headers vs RHI Racers from Indianapolis, IN the weekend of March 26th. The fourth and final game Turnstone was clicking on all cylinders and rose to victory 33-26. RHI had the upper hand in the previous three games 18-33; 26-39 & 29-47.

In addition to this recent tournament, Turnstone athletes recently challenged athletes from Lakeshore (Birmingham, AL) and Ability360 (Pheonix, AZ) in a virtual competition titled Push, Dish and Swish. Kenzie Haag brought a win for Turnstone in the Varsity J2 Women's Division of the challenge. A total of 42 athletes competed in the virtual challenge of dribbling, passing, and shooting skills. 

 

Sled Hockey - Intermediate C Division

The Turnstone Flyers Sled Hockey team completed their season after hosting a tournament in February and traveling to Wooster, OH in March where the team went a combined 4-4.
