Administrative Assistant

Turnstone is looking for our next team member that has great customer service skills, is highly organized and detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize, and take direction from a variety of staff. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and accounting support and assistance to the agency’s staff and client services. This position also functions as a receptionist for clients, families, and guests of Turnstone specifically at the Pediatric Therapy entrance.

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide friendly, direct customer service to clients/families
  • Organizing, filing, entering data, and assisting in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) conversion
  • Proficiently utilize various software programs (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to assist in data compilation and completing of reports.
  • Assist with distribution and collections of satisfaction surveys
  • Assist clients and needed

Candidate must:

  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Maintain good interpersonal relationships with staff, clients, and families
