Turnstone conducts an annual internal evaluation of the organization’s programs and activities to measure its progress in meeting the goals and outcomes outlined in the current strategic plan. The agency also conducts an annual client satisfaction survey to measure its impact, efficiency and effectiveness in meeting client needs and its delivery of programs and services.
