Support Groups

Turnstone hosts a variety of groups with common interests that meet together for collective learning and social support.

Fort Wayne Amputee Support Group

The Fort Wayne Amputee Support Group meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 7-8:30 pm. at Turnstone. Parkinson's Caregiver Support Group

The Parkinson's Caregiver Support Group meets on Wednesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Turnstone. The group provides an open and supportive atmosphere that encourages caregivers and families affected by the disease to interact and exchange information. For more information, please contact an Adult Services Case Manager at (260) 483-2100.

Turnstone also offers an exercise group for clients with Parkinson’s disease.

Parkinson's Support Group

Many people find that support groups help them cope with the day-to-day realities of having Parkinson’s Disease. Allen County Parkinson’s Support Group wants to provide the opportunity to swap stories and share resources that can
be truly therapeutic.

The group will meet at Turnstone the second Tuesday of the month from 1:30-2:30 pm. If you have any questions about the Parkinson’s Support Group, call:
