Turnstone offers an array of supportive services to address the unique needs of people with physical disabilities and their families.

How do I enroll my child in Turnstone's programs?

Your first step is to schedule an intake appointment with one of Turnstone's social workers so we may better understand your child's needs.  The social worker may recommend an assessment with our therapists.

Contact us at (260) 483-2100 to schedule your intake appointment or complete the online contact form.
