Turnstone is seeking a full time (40 hours) Occupational therapist to work with our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team. In addition to providing direct therapy, the OTR will be responsible for evaluations, report writing, goal setting, and providing guidance to family members. Our mission at Turnstone is to empower people with disabilities to achieve their highest potential by providing comprehensive services and programs. Requirements for this position are Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, certification through NBCOT, licensure through the State of Indiana, and current CPR certification.
